1-on-1 Personalized Support

The thing about grief is that it only exists where love first lived. {I know, that doesn't really make me feel better either...it also doesn't make it less true.} The platitudes you're given during your grief do nothing but cause more grief and guilt...don't they?

It's OK to feel lost right now. It's OK to feel inept with your grief. It's OK to want extra support. And, it's OK to ask for and accept that support. Allow Sharing Solace to mentor, coach, and act as your sherpa along your unique and very personal journey towards your new happy.

Feel your F&*#ing Feels - The Experience

Arriving in May 2022: Feel your F&*#ing Feels is our signature experience from the same witty and irreverent mind that brought you Confessions of a Griever: Turning a Hot Mess into an Haute Message (Laughable Lessons for When Life Just Sucks).

This small group, cohort-style program will give you the tools to 'sit in the suck' with your emotions so that you can unpack them in the privacy of your own home while still being supported by others who understand.

Grief, Mindset, and Resilience Speaker, Author, Educator, and Mentor

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: Grief Sucks, Grievers Don’t. I would be honored to be a part of your education, training, or wellness event. I have spoken on a wide range of topics. More information and some of my favorite things to talk about can be found here.

About Crystal

Yes, Crystal is a business owner, entrepreneur, speaker, author, founder, wife, daughter, auntie… but above everything else in the world Crystal is Madelyn Elizabeth Webster’s mama.

Grief Mentoring and supporting others along their journey is Crystal’s true calling. It’s her way to keep the life, legacy, and love of her daughter alive while companioning others through their own uniquely similar heartache.

Both book smart and street smart (aka grief smart), Crystal takes a holistic approach to grief, gratitude, happiness, and resiliency. Some of her most inspiring training and education includes:

  • Cornell University Wellness Counseling Certificate
  • UC Berkeley Science of Happiness Program
  • Greater Good Science Center Mindful Self-Compassion Training

When Crystal is not working {and let’s be honest, that’s most of the time…} she enjoys reading, crocheting, enjoying a good sip of vodka, and traveling – mostly to Las Vegas.
