Sometimes, I really worry about how an interview is going to go. I feel like I don’t have anything relevant to share – or that all I’m going to do is repeat myself over and over again.
Honestly, I do tend to share the same stories, anecdotes, and crazy analogies….but I’m always surprised at how a ‘good interviewer’ makes everything sound new – even to me! I gotta say, sometimes I’m even astounded at how insightful I can be 🤣
