If you have just removed the remote control from the box it is likely one of two things that are keeping it from working:
- The plastic protection is still in the battery compartment. Confirm the small, clear piece of plastic is removed and try again.
- The RFID connection can be fickle. You may want to try the remote after removing the screen from the display. Or, hold the remote close to the screen facing down at a 45º angle as the wood may be interfering.
